Westside Inspections & Engineering provides complete Residential Inspection Services. Home Buyers will be provided a complete professional inspection of the residence including Structural, Foundation, Mechanical and Electrical components of the residence. Our professional inspections fully conform with the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) guidelines plus our clients will be provided a separate Structural/Foundation report certified as a qualified Professional Engineer. Our engineering inspections and reports will be performed by a Professional Engineer who is a practicing Civil Structural Engineer.

Our goal is to provide you with the technical information that is clearly understood so that you are a well informed buyer.

Arrangements can also be made for Wood Destroying Insect inspection (also known as a “Termite Inspection”)

Reports can be provided within 24 hours of the inspection.

Structural and Foundation Inspections also fully comply with Requirements of FHA and VA when Engineering Reports are required.
